How long do extensions or wigs last?
With proper care, our wigs, extensions, and clip-ins can last 6–12 months or even longer, depending on how often they’re worn and maintained.
Can I style the hair with heat tools?
Absolutely. Since it’s 100% human hair, you can straighten, curl, and style it just like your natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant for longevity.
Will the clip-ins/extensions damage my natural hair?
No, our clip-ins and extensions are designed to be gentle and safe when applied and removed correctly. They add instant length and volume without causing harm.
Will the hair shed?
Our extensions, wigs, and clip-ins are made with high-quality 100% human hair. Minimal shedding (similar to natural hair) is normal, but with proper care, you’ll experience very little to no shedding.
How long does the hair last?
With the right care, our hair can last 6–12 months or longer, depending on how often it’s worn and styled. Longevity increases when you follow our maintenance guidelines.
Can I style and color the hair?
Yes! Since it’s 100% human hair, you can straighten, curl, or style it with heat tools. You can also dye it, though we recommend professional coloring to maintain quality. Always use heat protectant and gentle products for best results.
How do I maintain the hair?
Wash the hair with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb, and store it properly when not in use. Avoid heavy oils or harsh chemicals to extend its life.

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Please note, custom wigs and toppers may require additional time as they are handmade to order.
- UK Delivery: 2–5 working days via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD (chosen at checkout).
