Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or toppers that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

We will accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • You request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, or if your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as your order will already be in processing.
