At Hair by Zindzi, we take great care to ensure your order is delivered quickly, securely, and beautifully packaged.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Please note, custom wigs and toppers may require additional time as they are handmade to order.

• UK Delivery: 2–5 working days via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD (chosen at checkout).

• International Delivery: 7–15 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

• Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

• Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout. 

• Customs/Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country.
